Below is our strict Anti-SPAM Policy that we strongly urge our EXP Elite users to adhere to.

No SPAM Policy for ExtractorPro.Com, Inc. & EXP Elite Software

Software and Service through which software is accessed may only be used for opt-in lists; the recipients must have voluntarily signed up or "opt-ed In" to your list.

Using Software to send out messages to email addresses which you have purchased, "harvested"/collected from the Internet or otherwise obtained without the consent of the recipient is a violation and is considered spam.

We strongly encourage users to use our software to manage and mail to their lists of Opt-In addresses only. We have also added this warning to their agreement of terms:

We absolutely will not tolerate spam using our services.

"You may never spam via our service or send spam that in any way implicates our services. This includes mentioning a EXP Elite email address or URL in any bulk email message or including these addresses on a bulk-advertised web page. You may not hide behind throwaway web pages or fax-response front ends."

You understand that EXP Elite, has a strict NO-SPAM policy. This means that:

We will not assist you in finding/collecting/harvesting email addresses.
We will not assist you in sending unsolicited mailings.
If we find you are attempting to send unsolicited mailings using our software, we reserve the right to deny you any future support or service including upgrades, reissued codes, technical support or customer support.

Sending unsolicited mailings with EXP Elite is considered a misuse of the product.
