EXP Elite Eudora Contact List Import Instructions:
First Time Users, please print out this page & follow these steps as you use the software!
If you use Qualcom's Eudora Email program, you may want to import all of your contacts into EXP Elite. This step by step guide will show you how to do this in five minutes flat.
Once you have all of your contacts in EXP Elite you can email these people as often as you want. All of the duplicate emails will be removed, and you can add to your list every couple days or weeks.
Let's Begin:
STEP #1: Open Eudora and select the folder you want to import into EXP Elite. In this example, we'll use the inbox. Once you select the mailbox, choose "Edit" and "Select All" from within Eudora:
STEP #2: Save all of the selected messages to a file. Choose "File" and "Save As". Remember where you save this file. You will need it later.
Now Switch to EXP Elite
STEP #3: Close Eudora and Open EXP Elite. Choose File and Import Email Addresses from within EXP Elite:
STEP #4: Choose the option Eudora Mail.
STEP #5: Press the 'Next' button and select the file that saved in STEP #3.
STEP #6: Select any of the regular import options. From here you may choose to make a new list or use an existing one. Just press "Finish" and EXP Elite will import all of the email addresses in your mailbox. It will then remove all of the duplicates.
