A. Absolutely, in fact the all new EXP Elite is built using the most current Microsoft drivers and access database. It was designed specifically for Windows XP, ME, and 98.

3) The all NEW Phantom SMTP Mailer and bypass your ISP and NOT get blocked! This is the best way to do your mailings!
Q. What kinds of files can I attach to my mailings?
A. No. At this time EXP Elite does not support message attachments and here's why.
The email marketing environment today can be very hostile as more and more servers become increasingly ingress as with their spam filtering algorithms.
When you include an attachment to your email message it's like waving a red flag at the spam filters asking that your email be filtered.However, this does not apply to HTML mail where you have chosen to include the graphics in body of the message.
